Kevin is a Senior Accountant at Imagine Accounting. He has been with the company for 4 years and initially joined as a Bookkeeper. We interviewed Kevin for our Client Newsletter.

Describe your typical work day
Each day is different and very busy. Generally, I speak to clients, I work on tax, compliance and some bookkeeping. I also provide clients with support on accounting software such as Xero.

What do you enjoy about your job?
Helping my clients to achieve their goals.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I’m looking forward to a role with more responsibilities. I would also like to further develop my knowledge and have more exposure to clients.

What do you do outside of work?
Family is very important to me. I like to travel but it is hard with 2 small girls. I love playing and watching soccer.

If you weren’t accountant what would you be?
History or Geography Teacher – I’m very interested in these subjects.
