What are your main responsibilities at Imagine Accounting?
Mainly I assist Nitasha Pal, my manager in preparing and compiling tax and accounting-related reports such as income tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, taxable payments annual report and the like.

What does an average work day involve for you?
It involves doing the year-end processing of annual accounts for Individuals, Trusts, Companies and SMSFs including the compilation of client documents and completion of year-end workpapers and reports. Also, I usually have a quick conversation with Nitasha to discuss various matters.

What do you enjoy about working for Imagine Accounting?
I get to work with different directors, managers and accountants that I can learn from. Also, I am given the opportunity to take on new and challenging tasks which I believe has helped me and will continue to assist me in my professional growth as an accountant. I feel that I am valued and my efforts are always appreciated.

What are your interests outside work?
I love watching movies and drama series on Netflix, walking on the beach and swimming in the sea. At times I hike and go on road trips with friends and family. I love to travel and I’m passionate about Music.
