HR Support from HR Advice Online
We are pleased to announce that through our business membership with HR Advice Online we now have a HR advice support line available to use for our business clients.
You can now access a qualified HR team via email to help you navigate your way through any HR issues and challenges such as award conditions, leave entitlements, penalty rates, maternity leave, redundancies and termination or any other HR related matter.
You can obtain reliable and accurate email support regarding any HR matters or questions, such as:
- My business only has a small number of employees so I can terminate an employee at any time?
- We pay above the Award so therefore we’re not covered by an Award, right?
- Annual Leave Loading – do we need to pay that? What do I need to include on a pay slip?
- Our employee has requested to return from parental leave on a part time basis? What are our obligations?
Drawing from over 50 years experience in their team, HR Advice Online provide support for small and medium sized clients with managing any Human Resources issues. The advice provided is simple, proactive and business focused. The HR Advice Online team are passionate about their online HR solution which gives owners and managers peace of mind, conﬁdence, security, consistency in delivery and customised compliance.
To access support through this service, you will need to email your query to your Accountant at Imagine Accounting. We will then forward your email (with a cc to yourself) to the HR Advice Online team. A member of the HR Advice Online team will then respond to you directly via email (within 48 hours) to support you with your query.
Should you require a higher level of support (such as telephone or onsite support), or should you wish to gain access to a suite of human resource templates and resources (such as employment agreements, warning letters, employment checklists), HR Advice Online also offer annual membership packages.
